We forge AI-powered solutions that free up time to create
Kuznya is a digital workshop that frees your business from routine. We take on the operational chaos or the processes slowing you down and close them end to end — from quick, targeted fixes to large-scale automations that run reliably 24/7. While you move forward, your systems run like clockwork — quietly, confidently, opening up new room to grow.
Busywork is eating your time
Daily chaos and repetitive tasks steal your focus and keep you from scaling the ideas in your head. AI lets us build solutions that act as your personal digital assistants:
Communication & lead generation
Clients leave for competitors while you sleep or can't reply in messengers fast enough, and hours of manual back-and-forth eat up your whole day.
Sorting data & the inbox flow
Your developers' and managers' expensive time goes on filtering spam by hand, copying requests and endlessly sorting the inbox.
Busywork & manual data transfer
Endless manual transfer of requests, payments and orders between your website, CRM, finance spreadsheets and delivery services (like Nova Poshta).
Service monitoring & deadlines
Manually tracking server uptime, constantly checking project deadlines and reminding your team or clients about the status of work.
The craft of a digital forge
We don't sell developer hours. We build concrete products around your processes and tailor them to your business.
AI agent deployment
We train autonomous AI agents on GPT-4 or Claude around the specifics of your business. We integrate them into Telegram, WhatsApp or right on your website: they qualify leads instantly, work from your knowledge base and fully unload your team.
- Saves 10–15 hours a week
- Handles clients 24/7 with no delay
- Integrated with your knowledge base
IT products & websites
We build premium fast websites, e-commerce solutions and web apps turnkey — from idea to full release. We write clean, optimized code, design a responsive on-brand look and set up flawless logic.
- Load time under 1 second
- Ready payment & delivery logic
- SEO-optimized and responsive
Process automation
We connect your CRM, ERP, Google Sheets, messengers and logistics into one ecosystem with Make, n8n or custom scripts. We remove the human factor entirely and automate invoicing and instant shipping-label generation.
- Human error cut to 0%
- CRM, spreadsheets & Telegram linked
- Instant status sync
Two ways to work with us
Tasks that look identical cost differently. “A bot for clients” is either three reply scenarios or thirty with stock access and online payments. “A website” is either your ready texts and photos or gathering everything from scratch. The gap between them is several-fold, though both sound the same in a request. Hence two paths.
Fast — when the solution is typical
- Landing page, business-card site, simple bot, basic automation.
- We take a proven base and adapt it — we don't research your business, which is exactly why it's fast and inexpensive.
- Price is known upfront: see the pricing page.
- Timeline — a few days.
Deep — when nothing off-the-shelf fits
- Process automation, AI assistants, IT solutions for a specific task.
- First we work out how things actually run at your place, then we build.
- We name the price after a short conversation — before it, the price simply doesn't exist — and fix it in a contract before the start.
- Timeline — a few weeks.
What we don't take on — at any budget
- There's no one to talk to about the process. We won't reconstruct how your department works from third-hand accounts.
- It's needed “yesterday”. If the deadline doesn't fit even a conversation about the task, that's not speed — that's a scheduled failure.
- The decision is made by someone we'll never meet. The most common reason a project dies on the third round of edits.
- You're not ready to show data and access. An assistant that can't see your materials is just another chat.
How we automated our own day
We show real automations at work on ourselves. Flip the switches to see the logs of the personal AI assistants that help us run the day, process information and plan tasks:

[10:15] Sorting & draftsCalendar

We dig in
We map your daily processes, uncover the hidden busywork and calculate exactly how much time and money automation will save you.
Prototype
We build a quick working mock-up of the AI agent or a clear integration map. You see the future logic in action before any large build begins.
We forge the product
Now the core work: we write clean code, train LLM models (GPT-4, Claude), wire services together seamlessly and polish a premium design.
Launch & fine-tune
We test it on real scenarios, put it to work and help tune it around every person on your team.
